RENOVATIONS COMPLETE AT THE NEWPORT INN
Landings Real Estate Group completes extensive renovations after purchasing The Spring Street Inn.
Newport, RI – Renovations were completed at The Newport Inn on October 14th, 2016 and will be accepting reservations in November 2016. The inn went through a major renovation during the past 10 months after Landings Real Estate Group purchased the property formally known as the Spring Street Inn.
Located at 353 Spring Street, the historic inn maintains its exterior charm with a breath of new life and luxury added to all its spaces. The inn has four gathering spaces, six bedrooms and a one-bedroom suite with a panoramic harbor view of Fort Adams and the bay from its own private deck. The communal spaces include a modern kitchen adorned with granite and stainless steel appliances, a café style dining room, cozy sitting reading room and business center. Each bedroom features an en-suite luxury bathroom with all the touches of a luxury hotel including plush pillows and linens and a flat screen TV.
