GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR UPCOMING LUXURY STUDIOS AND ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT HOMES IN TAMPA
TAMPA, FLORIDA—A brand new, mid-rise luxury apartment building is set to be constructed near the multi-billion dollar Water Street Development and Amelie Arena. The modern seven-story building will include a resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art, multi-level fitness center, and a modern co-working space with communal areas.
Landings Real Estate Group will be partnering with local development leaders BendInRoad Development and Lema Construction on the project. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Monday, March 20th to mark the beginning of construction with plans to lease the homes as early as 2024.
