From Points North
Follow Rte 195 to Rte 24 South - (Exit 8A). Follow for approximately 10 miles to Rte 114 South. Follow Rte 114 for approximately 6 miles. Turn left onto Valley Road. After about 2 miles Valley Road will merge onto 138-A. Follow 138-A for about 2 miles. Turn left onto Thames Street. Follow Thames Street for about a half mile and Landings Real Estate Group will be on the right. Parking is in the rear of the building and main entrance is located on Thames Street. To enter parking area turn right off of Thames Street at the "Wellington Resort" sign on the right just past Landings Real Estate Group's main entrance.

Follow Rte 138 East over Newport Bridge (Toll) to exit toward Scenic Newport/RI-238. At the end of the exit, bear right onto RI-138A. At the second stoplight, bare right onto America's Cup Avenue. Follow America's Cup Avenue for approximately 0.8 miles and then turn right onto Thames Street. Follow Thames Street for about a half mile and Landings Real Estate Group will be on the right. Parking is in the rear of the building and main entrance is located on Thames Street. To enter parking area turn right off of Thames Street at the "Wellington Resort" sign on the right just past Landings Real Estate Group's main entrance.
