Who We Are looking For:

We are currently seeking a skilled cleaner/porter for a large apartment and townhome community in Newburgh to maintain and magnify the value of our property. If you are looking for a fast paced, team oriented, and successful company to join, then this may be the opportunity for you!

The selected applicant must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, keen eye for detail and have the ability to multi-task. The hired applicant must also offer good communication skills, basic maintenance skills, be cognizant of deadlines and practice excellent time management.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining common area buildings; mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and window cleaning
  • Preparing vacant units for move in
  • Upkeep of model units
  • Preform steam cleanings in occupied and unoccupied units, including common area hallways
  • Grounds Maintenance and all activities associated with landscaping and snow removal
  • Available for after-hours emergency requests
  • Responsible for monthly training courses

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and understand English
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Must be reachable via phone or pager, except when on approved time off
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours on occasion and be available for on-call status
  • Must be able to handle moderate lifting
  • Background check and pre-employment drug test
