Landings Real Estate Group's 'Vacation Newport' brand completes renovations after acquiring The Adele Turner Inn in 2018
Newport, RI - Landings Real Estate Group acquired the property formally known as The Adele Turner Inn located at 93 Pelham Street in 2018. After a massive renovation and name change, the new Serenity Inn Newport welcomed guests for the first time on July 15th, 2019.
Serenity Inn Newport sits quietly tucked away in one of Newport, Rhode Island's most historic neighborhoods, amid two and three-century-old homes. It is quintessential Newport. Framed by 27 distinctive round-top windows, the elegant Victorian house was built in 1855 on the first gas-lit street in America. The property has been run as a place of lodging since 1855 when Augustus Littlefield, a successful shipping merchant, built the home in order to house the captains and officers of his shipping fleet while in port. This property is on the National Historic Register and in 1980 was turned into a bed & breakfast.
Serenity Inn showcases a luxurious collection of 12 distinctively designed guest rooms. All room styles feature a private bathroom, king or queen size bed, fine linens and luxurious soaps and shampoos. Guests enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast each morning prepared by our talented team of innkeepers.
