RENOVATIONS COMPLETE AT THE OUTLOOK INN
Landings Real Estate Group's 'Vacation Newport' brand completes renovations after acquiring The Pilgrim House Inn in 2018
Newport, RI - Landings Real Estate Group acquired the property formally known as The Pilgrim House Inn located at 123 Spring Street in 2018. After a massive renovation and name change, the new Outlook Inn welcomed guests for the first time on May 24th, 2019.
What was originally built in the late 1700's as a single family home was later turned into apartments for Navy families. Today the property is a convenient place to stay while visiting The City By The Sea. The Inn is part of the historical fabric that makes up Newport's past and is something you won't get to experience at a traditional hotel.
The Outlook Inn features 10 guest rooms and one 2-bedroom suite. Each room is equipped with flat screen TVs, plush linens, en-suite bathrooms and luxurious soaps and shampoos. Additionally, a rave worthy breakfast is prepared daily by our Innkeeper and served in our guest lounge located on the third floor.
The Outlook Inn has a beautiful rooftop observation deck that guests can enjoy throughout their stay. It is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Take in the stunning views of the harbor without leaving the Inn!
