Landings Real Estate Group's 'Vacation Newport' brand completes renovations after acquiring The Black Duck Inn in 2018
Newport, RI - Landings Real Estate Group acquired the property formally known as the Black Duck Inn located at 29 Pelham Street in 2018. After a revamp and name change, the new Pelham Street Inn welcomed guests for the first time on February 14th, 2019.
The Inn boasts an urban elegance that's not typical of Newport's traditional bed and breakfast scene. The sophisticated style offers guests a chic city vibe influenced by Newport's nearby downtown district. Located just a stone's throw from Thames Street, Pelham Street Inn makes accessing restaurants, nightlife and all the city's attractions easy.
Each of the seven guest rooms feature a king or queen sized bed, flat screen TV and individually decorated rooms. Guests can enjoy upscale amenities including: plush linens, sleek en-suite bathrooms and luxurious soaps and shampoos.
