Orchard Hills Landings Celebrates Official Grand Opening

ORCHARD HILLS LANDINGS APARTMENT & TOWNHOME COMMUNITY CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING IN TOWN OF NEWBURGH, NY
This Grand Opening event is free and open to the public. The event will be held on Thursday, August 21st from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the community’s Leasing Center located at 1 Kayla Court in the Town of Newburgh. The event will feature food and beverages provided by: Brotherhood Winery, Billy Joe’s Ribworks, Chapala Grill, Panera Bread, Planet Pizza, Randone’s Pizzeria & Restaurant and Verizon. There will be fun for all ages including prize giveaways and face painting for children. Tours of the beautiful community will be available throughout the duration of the event as well.
Orchard Hills Landings recently finished its second phase of construction that includes two and three bedroom townhomes that are available for rent now. These townhomes along with Orchard Hills Landings’ one and two bedroom flat style apartment residences make up the community’s 260 market rate rental homes.
Each brand new townhome has a private deck or patio, central air conditioning, in-home laundry, attached garage and abundant storage space. The community is equipped with a state-of-the-art fitness center, two on-site playgrounds, a basketball court, heated in ground pool and beautiful community center. Townhome rental rates start as low as $1,850 per month and pets are welcome (no weight limit).
